Geraint Jones 4x4

A real pleasure to deal with a professional family business where nothing is too much trouble. From our initial visit and viewing to the test drive and purchase we were treated well. Mr Geraint Jones himself was a real gentleman and other family staff members most helpful. You just don't get this type of personal treatment from the large dealerships. I can see why they have been in business for fifty years and I'm sure with this type of customer service they'll be here for many more years. Well done and a pleasure doing business with you.

Well I've owned my Range Rover for nearly three months. I have encountered a few minor faults all of which have been sorted without any fuss. On each occasion I've been given a free service loan vehicle while my car has been repaired. The staff have remained helpful, professional and honourable at all times. Thank you again and wishing you a successful 2018.

Opened up and shown around on a Sunday.. top service.

I live out in the sticks and am completely reliant on my car for everything. Whenever I've had a problem with my car Geraint Jones have always got me up and running again; but what I particularly like is they way they understand my anxiety about not having a working vehicle and ensure that I can get home, whether that's with the use of their courtesy car or by doing the work quickly. In other words, they go the extra mile and I find that comforting bearing in mind my potential vulnerability.

Geraint Jones is that good I'd like to buy the company if I had the money. If you want good service friendly service, and good workmanship this is the only place to go in Wales, And no I'm not related to them in any way.

Easy access friendly staff great selection of vehicles

Never never ever will I use this garage again, top mechanic shocking staff, purchased vehicle 8 yrs ago from them, took vechicle for new leaf springs, found out of Milner off road 4x4 the price of parts that they purchased from them, they charged me double!! Got knows how much lost in previous years going back and forth!!
Questioned them relating the matter, was lied to numerous times in between telephone conversations, went to pick jeep up excuse was the cost of courtesy car, I was holding the ramps up, also insurance of courtesy car, covid spray, covid wipes to clean on return list goes on!! contacted many dealers on my return home hence writing this, they basically laughed said take it on the chin and don’t return, lesson learnt never again
