Online valuation of £6835. Booked appointment and after looking at the car and saying it was in excellent condition as the mileage was now 42k rather than 41k price dropped to £6000. The salesperson altered the price to increase it and offered £6200 and explains this is the most he is allowed to increase it by.
Walked away with the car. Checked the online valuation again with the adjusted mileage and it came back at £6785 so it seems that even if you car is perfect they will offer you 10% less than the guaranteed price.

DO NOT TRUST THE ONLINE VALUATION

Just had an excellent experience with Rob at the Glan Conwy depot. Such a painless transaction with a fair price offered for an old work van. Only small (but fair and explained) deductions based on wear and tear and sign writing! If you're not a car salesman and don't want the hassle of someone else coming kicking tires, take the easy route!

We decided to sell our Clio, rather than have the inconvenience of a private sale we decided to use this company. Rob was our point of contact and helped us at every step. He showed the issues in his physical inspection as to why the price had been amended. The final offer was fair. Would recommend we buy any car

Dont expect to get the price originally quoted, deductions are made for minor paint damage, however I got what I think was a fair price without any hastle.

Quick and easy service. Yes you get a lower rate than selling privately but it saves the hassle. Bobby the agent I dealt with was extremely polite and helpful.

If you are desperate to sell your car, then there is no better place to go. However, if you want a fair price from a car dealer then sell to a truly local dealer like I did.
The chap who greeted us acted very nonchalant as we arrived and inspected our vehicle. He unconvincingly told us he wanted to get us the best price possible and he wasn't bothered as it was "not his money". The offer we received online was quickly knocked down and when I told him we weren't interested his attitude and demeanour changed instantly, which confirmed my gut feeling about the type of business and people they employ. Like I said, a local dealer came to look at our vehicle and gave us a fair price and honesty. I wouldn't give Webuyanycar another chance. Be on your guard!

I’ve dealt with this company twice now. One in Wrexham and one in Llandudno.
Bob in Llandudno is very nice and has an excellent professional manner. However as previous reviews say , they have absolutely no intention of paying what the online valuation says. I suspected they would do this although I was hoping a different branch would be more fair as online the last time I said my car had dents in every panel and holes in the seats and described it being in the worst condition. I thought then at least I would know the worst case scenario and they still only offered half the web price even though my car was in far better condition than I described it as!
I had only had a short drive so it didn’t really put me out but if you travelled quite far I would imagine you could be very upset. Also as you fill the questions out online make sure you screen shot your answers as I was told all the things that was wrong with my car was not logged.
