The experience at White Dove Suzuki was fantastic because they understood my needs and fully explained all of my options. The choice of cars was great and I was show all the various features to help me to decide which model to buy. I was kept informed about delivery date and White Dove were very understanding when I had to delay due to a holiday.
My new car is exactly as I'd hoped, a real pleasure to drive and the sales team even set up my mobile phone and favourite radio stations for me. I'm really happy with my new car and would recommend the excellent service at White Dove.

From start to finish Tyler was so helpful! He answered all my questions and was so friendly and knowledgeable. Connor at Seat was excellent. He was knowledgeable, passionate about the product and provided fair advice about the cars we shortlisted in order for us to make an informed decision. Nothing was too much to ask. Booked car in for a main dealer service. Friendly enough staff, but on both my visits they were slow to deal with me on arrival having to wait over 10 minutes just to drop my keys off. The service department share the show room with the sales guys, but they don't cross functions, so several sales guys sit around chatting whilst you wait to see the only guy on the service desk, who is also answering the phone between speaking with physical customers.

Both Ash and Richard couldn't do more to help. The test drive was arranged promptly and the car was ready when I arrived, which after a 2.5-hour drive was great. The paperwork was well explained and not rushed. On the day of collection, the car was sat ready and waiting as agreed, handover was smooth and Richard was more than happy to explain everything without rushing me.
Overall a great experience and highly recommend even when buying from a distance.
