Can't recommend enough - If you visit, ask for Lewis.
A seamless process with excellent customer service and communication throughout. I didn't think I was going to be able to find a car because of neg eq on my previous vehicle but the options were put to me and with a bit of help from Lewis, I achieved what I was looking for.
I ordered my brand new car on one weekend and collected it a week later! Incredible customer service and the whole process was simple, straightforward and with no added stress.

On the day of collection, it was raining, so I didn't get a good look around the exterior of the car. When I got my car to my garage and had a look, I noticed a very small scuff on the front bumper. I contacted Lewis the next day and he asked me to take the car straight down and they would rectify the issue. I did this, I was given a courtesy car and told the work may take 2-3 days - which wasn't an issue.
I had a call the NEXT day, saying the matter had been sorted, and my car was ready for collection. I popped down, dropped off my courtesy car and was given a walk around the outside of my car - and fair play, everything was rectified with no dramas or quizzing from the dealership... a really swift, easy process yet again.

I couldn't be happier with the service received and the vehicle I have subsequently purchased. The quality of finish on my Leon FR is fantastic and I will DEFINITELY be returning in the future!

Took my car to be serviced, Don’t leave any change in the car . Car was washed and hoovered. The car was still dirty . When I phoned I was told that it is only complementary and that they have 25 cars a day to , so can only spend 15 minutes. I have been a loyal customer for over 12 years , very disappointed with the service

OVERPRICED AND OVERRATED
SEAT Assist were called out due to dashboard light. Diagnosed faulty from ACC (ADAS). Referred me to local SEAT so I thought I'd give them another chance. They charged me £99 for the same diagnostic that their SEAT ASSIST AA man had given me the day before.
They quoted £375 for the work (2.5 hours at £125 per hour apparently, which doesn't add up). I rang around and can get the same work done for £130 tomorrow morning so I collected my car from SEAT. They haven't done the 'complimentary wash' that the £99 invoice had listed and they haven't put the oil top up in the car that I requested in the online booking yesterday.
Lovely girls on service reception but otherwise extortionate and shoddy.

Can only talk about my own experience but I feel like I've been robbed of £99. I went to SEAT thinking they'd be able to tell me exactly what was wrong with my car. Wrong! I'm just as confused as before I went there. I had to ring 3 times and finally got through to the lady on the service desk as I needed to check if car was ready I had to get a taxi there. When I arrived I was told I couldn't speak to the mechanic as he had gone home . The lady on device desk was left with the responsibility of explaining what was wrong with the car but was struggling (as she's not the mechanic) lovely lady though. So I've left really frustrated knowing no more than when I went there. No complimentary was either

I visited this SEAT dealership to have a look for my next car. I was greeted by Henry who took me through to discuss which car I was most interested in as well as in my required budget. I then test drove the car and was allowed an hour to do so which I thought was absolutely fab! When going back inside I wanted to have a think about it as I know buying a car for the first time can be very scary. The next day i decided that I wanted it. After this the process was done so smoothly and would 100% recommend anyone to go with Capitol Newport. Everyone was so accommodating and always asked if I wanted anything. I was passed to Holly who handed over the car, I signed some documents online and off i went. Overall I cannot fault the service both people who dealt with me were amazing. Thank you for making the process so seamless and stress free. I’ll be back for my next purchase.

Fantastic service. My car was recovered there after sustaining some damage, and I had no previous experience of them. They were incredibly professional with outstanding communication. The work was completed quickly too. Fully recommend. Special mention for Hayley in Service Department who is a star!
