So blessed to have received from D & W Thomas a Ford Ka just before Christmas, courtesy of my brother, PR! Excellent customer service from the Thomas family and an immaculate car was presented.

My wife and I have been coming here for about 12 years, and the service is always excellent, both for servicing and repairs, and for their used cars. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Excellent Car dealer, Tyre Fitter & Workshop: so much better since the takeover by Ackland Motor Garage. Staff are polite, knowledgeable & efficient. Prices are reasonable.

This used to be the best garage in Swansea by far, until the take over by another company.

Purposly causing damage to a family members car because it was park in the car park adjacent (permission of owner to keep it there). Beware of this place it isn't what it used to be.

Very friendly and helpful staff had a service and mot on my Ford Kuga will definetely take my car back there.

Gone downhill fast. Car had to be repaired elsewhere in the end. Tracking so far out steering was shaking. Other garage confirmed the place had gone bad. They were taking the mick out of my disabled son too.

I have purchased 3 cars from ackland motors now they are brilliant to deal with all my cars get serviced there they are a lovely family business with good mechanics can't fault them
