Bought many cars over my lifetime but I have to say the service from Rob Smith and his team has been excellent, as with all second hand cars there were a few problems with the car and Rob assured me they would all be sorted (where have we heard that before from a second hand car salesman lol) however Rob went over and above to make sure all the defects were rectified.
Would have no problems in recommending Keycars as their service is excellent
Rob Smith is definitely not an Arthur Daley lol

Sold a car to my parents with a fault but told as the car hasn't physically broken down they won't fix it. Totally against consumer rights act 2015 as it was within 6 weeks.
Trying to use a pathetic third party warranty to get out of consumers statutory rights.
