I had an issue with my car after it's first MOT which needed resolving by another garage (manufacturer). The service provided by Lloyd and Dennis was first class as they chased and arranged it. Fantastic customer service and I would recommend them to anybody!

Had my usual service and I wouldn't go anywhere else .Dennis. Lloyd (reception) and Neil (my mechanic) have looked after my cars for many years Always very welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. I got a lovely 5 year old Mokka a week ago. Very professional and friendly staff. I was allowed to check, observe and test drive for extended time. Everything went very smoothly. Ian , the sales man, was as good and professional as one expects, advising all relevant information. Couple of points that needed attention were sorted before delivery. After-sales customer service appears to be fine as well. I noticed a missing cap from the engine and Ian without any argument offered a replacement the moment I notified him. I feel very pleased having my car from a local dealer.
