Griffin Mill Peugeot

I went to get advise on a Mobility car for my son, who is only just starting to learn to drive, was unsure how things worked. Richard one of the team at griffin mills he was so helpful explained everything to me and kept me up to date with the purchase of my Peugeot 208. The day we had the car he went through everything then contacted us a few days later. Amazing service

Bought my latest car from them a couple of weeks ago.
A bit of a drive from Bristol but well worth it for me.
The price of my used Peugeot 3008 was very competitive, the service l received was excellent (Many Thanks Mark) and the back up support l was offered to resolve a problem was more than acceptable.

Would recommend them if you're in the market for a used Peugeot around that area.

Owing to the changes imposed on the supply chain by leaving the EU and Covid the delivery of new cars has been impeded causing difficulties in the showrooms and bringing pressure on the staff. Griffin Mill met that challenge, the Managment and Staff worked closely together keeping us informed and what actions they could and would take to overcome the difficulties and guarantee Customer Satisfaction. Purchased a car, Ian the salesman was excellent at every stage, buying from a main dealer has benefits. The car we purchased had only just arrived as PX, Ian went around the car identifying any blemishes on paintwork that would be corrected etc. When we received the car even though 5 year old, it was like new with a full warranty. Excellent service from this dealer.

Have had 3 cars from here. Lady on the front desk very welcoming, offering hot drinks and a place to sit and wait. Our experience with the service dept has been a bit hit and miss though.

I rang to try and get my car fitted in for a repair over the weekend explaining that although short notice I had no steering. I was then informed that I could only be fit in for repairs in FOUR weeks.
When I said I needed it for work they said I could try Bridgend or Newport.
I then asked if they do vehicle collection, to which they replied not sure of the other depots but they didn’t. So I would have had to struggle to get to these places. I can understand small town garages with little work teams but a major Peugeot depot four weeks is ridiculous, especially if it was a works vehicle.

Took my car to Griffin Mill Peugeot as after my local garage replaced dead battery and BPGA unit still had engine light on every time I started the car and the start/stop was still not working. Peugeot identified the issue and fixed the car same day and it didn't cost much. Was pleasantly suprised the car was hoovered out and smelled really nice. Staff was also polite and friendly. Highly recommended!
