Brilliant value cars and good customer service. I recently bought a Suzuki from Russ and Jackie, and I have to say I would recommend to anyone looking to buy a car. We were allowed a test drive before purchasing, we were never rushed at any point. You can tell that customer care is of upmost importance, even after purchasing the car. Best car dealership I could find!

Bought a little Fiat van from here, from the second they took my 1st phone call to the minute I bought the car I never felt presured. I was invited up for a test drive with no messing and was pleased with the treatment we received. We even had birthday cake. Van was as good as advertised, found a few little things since bringing it home but nothing to warrant taking it back.

Found the car I wanted at SA15 cars and after a test drive, agreed to purchase it. Russ was pretty helpful throughout, especially when after arriving home a warning light came on. Upon ringing him (we live 25 miles away and it was Friday evening), he said for us to get it fixed at our local garage and send him the bill, which we did and he was as good as his word and put the money in our account. Good stuff...

We bought a car that had an existing oil leak the seller didn’t seemed bothered at all that We pointed it out and could of told us about it to save a 11hour return journey however he offered a pointless warranty (handler protect)they are useless as they are picky about Where you should get quote for issues with the car as a result they didn’t honour anything when oil leak issue came about all they said they need vat numbers , part numbers etc basically trying anything to test the patience of the clients to give up at some stage … oil leak was so bad drivers side wheel was engulfed in it which caused a nasty accident almost writing the car off! The car has been partially fixed at a cost of £1200!! Another £1500 to completely turn it round which is another blow and on top of that it had an engine replaced by seller or whoever owned it before which we realised afterwards . AVOID BUYING from SA15 sales cars or warranties as they are not honoured . I thought these are the very reasons we buy from traders to not worry about the legitimate woes of buying the cars , my bad a lesson learned ..

Bought a Blue Renault captur. The gentleman was friendly, honest and helpful. Would recommend and would buy from him again most definitely. 5 star

I want to thank Russell for his knowledge of cars,my son alwyn bought an audi a3 today, no hassle best salesman iv ever dealt with,it was raining heavily but that didn't bother Russell,he gave advise about the car,brilliant place to buy cars,thank u very much Russell.
