We found DM a pleasure to deal with, very personable compared to a number of dealerships we have been to recently. Also the car we bought was just what we were looking for at a good price after a lot of searching, so no complaints here, we would buy from Martin and the team again.

Always get our cars from here alway had brilliant service whenever we come here, wouldn't go anywhere else's for our cars.

Took delivery of my lovely new (to me) car yesterday. It was immaculate outside & in. The body work was in great condition, a friend remarked 'it looked brand new' - the engine sounded really smooth & sweet. I am going to really enjoy driving this car.
The service & consideration I have received from this delightful family run team has been second to none. They have been kindness personified even popping back with my prescription sunglasses I'd accidentally left behind in the old car. Big thanks to Martin's mum Rita :)

Brought my car from Martin and his team, and have no complaints. All were helpful and did everything I asked, including accomodating an independent assessors visit to view the car (...always a good idea particularly if you are using finance)
...did have issues when I took delivery and had to return the vehicle immediately, but this could not have been predicted, and they went 'all out' to sort it again and didn't charge.
...buying used cars is always unpredictable - it's the service, helpfulness and assistance you want. You will get that here!!

Bought astra of Martin the car was sold with clean mot he assured the car was mint with no issues? I put the car in for a service an for them to look over the car and had four major faults both rear suspension snapped both front wheels binding turned out to be pads an cylinders had add it plus front tyre an rear lights not working ALL THIS WITHIN 5 DAYS OF HAVING THE CAR HE BLAMED ME LOL.
He scammed me with his 6 month warranty that turned out to be a month when I contacted him to fix the issues that he still hasn't repaired. I am now taking it up with the motor ombudsmen has he would only offer partial refund

Meh. The car needed work before I bought it which I was promised would be completed before I picked it up. There were further delays in picking up the car because they broke the windscreen. The car had a slow puncture, they said they would change the tyre but didn’t so I’ve had to fix this myself . I messaged them about this but had no response. The original repair they did has already broken which I now also need to fix. On top of this I bought a warranty through this garage but they put the wrong reg in, so the car that was covered wasn’t mine :/ so i have to get this sorted before i can get anything repaired. I wouldn’t recommend or at least just double check everything ! I don’t think they were trying to rip me off, they were just very lazy…..

Just bought a car off desirable motors. Firstly, can I say I hate salespeople that are in your face pushing you towards a car you can't realistically afford. Martyn is a professional no hassle,pushy salesman and his staff are there to help. Picked the car up today (sat) ,knowing Martyn wouldn't be there ( because he has a family and life) was met by his father who was polite and profesional finished the sale. Thankyou

Bought a Vauxhall Meriva from Desirable Motors. And 5 Stars really isn't enough. The car was spotless inside and out. No fuss no hassle. Nothing was too much hassle for the guys there. Would highly highly recommend
