Took my car in for a service. Guys were great, booked in and needed it back by 2:30pm, they had it done for me by 1pm. During this bleak time of social distancing etc.. they have all measures in place to keep you safe. The added bonus is that my car came back clean...excellent work all, thankyou

Avoid total rip-off merchant will sell you there own mother to make a pound second day after buying a car from them it has not moved of our drive way waiting for trading standards to pick it up

Brilliant service from Newtown Motors this week! Andy on reception was super helpful and gave me a warm welcome which I find pretty rare in garages! The lady on the desk was lovely too!!
The booking was made for an MOT only (my company had made a mistake when booking!) but Andy booked in the service as I requested and obtained the required authorisation! The MOT and service took a couple of hours and I picked up a beautifully cleaned car inside and out! WOW! Thank you Andy and the team in Newtown Motors!

Really disappointed. I've had both of my Insignia's services here and received EXCELLENT service. However, looking to sell one and received a really quick response in terms of a valuation visit. A commitment was made that I'd receive a valuation via email communication by close of play that day. 5 days later ? Still waiting. And I've called twice. Any business that thinks bad service by one department doesn't impact another is really naive. Spam inbox checked. No response, no call. Nothing. Just not good enough.

Rude and condescending staff. purchased a brand new car, hand no end of problems but would never willingly rectify them, under warranty, until we went direct to Vauxhall/ trading standards. The worst customer experience of my life.

All I can say is poor poor service. Never get a phone call back when they say they will (Parts department). They promise parts will arrive then when you phone them after they promise to phone you back (What a joke) your told sorry won’t be in today with no offer of apology or anything! Now using Keith price Crickhowell. Better service and cheaper too! Anyone reading this take my advice and do the same!! 👎🏻👎🏻

Contacted the dealer about the process of buying a car during lock down. Had details taken and was told I was going to be called back. Called them again after 4 days as I had not heard anything yet. Was then told I was definitely going to get a call back that day. A week and a half later still has not heard anything. Guess the Wales Covid help scheme makes them enough money.
