Picked up our new Citroen C3 Aircross this afternoon and was so pleased with the experience. This is our second vehicle purchased from Stoneacre Wrexham and I highly recommend this dealership. Just bought my first car, a used Peugeot 208 from Stoneacre Wrexham. Phillip was great and very patient with my indecisiveness! He helped us to find a car that suited us. They arranged a very speedy delivery of my car from the Blackburn garage so I could get it in time for me to drive back up north! Would definitely recommend. 😊

With three car dealers ship in one location this is a fantastic place to visit if you are looking for a new car.

They also have an area dedicated to second hand cars with about 50 in stock. So if your looking for something cheaper then it a good place to visit.

If your looking for a real bargain car then this is not the place to visit. The cheapest car we found was about 7k.

We got our car on PCP about three years ago now, the lady who sold it to us was very pushy, more worried about us writing a good review so she could get an extra day off at Christmas! She told us a deal and then proceeded to tell us that she and her manager didn't have all day to keep offering us deals ( she had given us 1 deal after we told her our budget), what is the point in them then? was my thought. Anyway we looked over the deal and the spec on the car and decided to go ahead, nothing to do with her customer service, as this was none existent. She also didnt tell us that the £500 diamond guard coating wasnt optional and made us pay this upfront, we have nothing in writing to show this ever happend either.We have also had a few services there and again the staff are not helpful or forthcoming with information, often we would get the car back with more issues. Another issue we had was my name, no matter how many times I corrected them AND they have a copy of my driving licence they still misspell my surname. I would not recommend them to anyone and we WILL NOT be using them again.

Don’t buy from this company they are the worst. Lie to you about what’s been done on the car rip you off on prices that are changed in the dealership above what the price should be so many people told me not go to Stoneacre now I have repeated issues with the car the main sales manager I would go as far to say is arrogant and very rude as soon as you try to say you’ve got a problem and the service department don’t care the young guy there couldn’t care less! Reel you in then they don’t want to know! I wish I listened to other people! AVOID!

Bought my first car from Stoneacre Wrexham, a lovely little low mileage Peugeot 208. The whole process from start to finish was smooth and quick. Big shout out to Carl White for making it easy.
