I have been struggling to find and finance my car and Cameron and his team have been there to help me from the beginning. The process was taking long and they have been very helpful with me so I could own the car easily. I definitely recommend their services ! My car is driving well and I am happy with it !

Kris and his team were very accommodating, sorted out a test drive for us on two cars we really liked. Negotiated a good price and got a cuppa tea! Really happy with the service and the car we bought so far. He even arranged for us to drive away same day and then return within a month to update the MOT. Really pleased thus far, feel like if there were any problems with the upcoming MOT Kris and team would sort it for us.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Kris and he was very helpful throughout. I was let down by a garage in Bristol so was in need of a speedy purchase. He kept in contact throughout the week and delivered car as promised on required day. Met him when he dropped the car and had a nice chat whilst completing paperwork. He provided all the documents and stated that if there are any issues please contact me ASAP.

I'm absolutely delighted with the service I've had from Kris Thomas and his team. Delighted, too, with the car they supplied. Budget Motors? Unbelievably Bargain-Priced Motors, I'd have said. I've been driving motorbikes and cars for over sixty years - yes, I'm that old - and I can honestly say that this is the best car I've owned, from a great range of makes and types. ' It drives like a new car, ' Kris said, and I thought 'Yes, I've heard that one before' - but he was dead right: I've driven new cars, but none better than this one. So - five stars to Budget Motors, and I wish I had the option to double that. Five stars, too, to the gentlemen - and I mean gentlemen - who delivered the car to my remote location: Nathan and Paul. They were friendly and cheerful, and enthusiastic about the car, even taking pleasure in stunning me with a demonstration of its metal folding roof - yes ! - and not fazed at the prospect of a 90-mile-plus journey home on moderate roads. Very many thanks to Kris, Nathan and Paul: what a team ! And what a car !

Don't buy from here rip off bought a car from here had money back now there reckon we had double wat we had joke this garage don't go there

I am going to be far here but will NEVER recommend.
The car I purchased was delayed after failed mot
- they loaned me a car and stopped my worries as the sorted out the one I was purchasing.
The New car broke down after 4 days
- they collected it at night so I didn't have to worry and could work returning me to the loan car.

When due to faults I said I wanted my money back it went badly.
I was faced with them making it personal.
I was shouted at aggressively I was threatened with courts. It was worse then this but this is about your choices to use this company.

I used trading standards, police and auto trader to make representation to get my money back which I did get.

The loan car was discovered to not be MOT and broke down.

A garage doesn't have to know the cars fully when they buy them. A garage may have unexpected difficulties with cars. What isn't appropriate is the rudeness aggression lack of professionalism and disregard of human rights when the car isn't as expected.

It felt like they just wanted my money and to run.
