My husband Keith and I were looking to change our car. Rob showed us an almost new Focus ST Line which we fell for. There was absolutely no pressure and the whole experience was so friendly and relaxed. In fact, a week later we traded in our second car for a newer Fiesta. On this occasion we were dealt with by Rob and Simon. We couldn’t be more pleased with every aspect of our purchases. We’ll definitely deal with, and recommend, in future. £99 (!!!) for a diagnostics check in which they a) couldn’t tell me what a fault code meant and b) couldn’t even switch off the service light. Avoid.

I have been a customer of DG Weavers in Talbot Green since they opened. They are without doubt the best Ford dealer in the South Wales area.
The customer service is 1st class, Ian, Katie and the team go the extra mile to help out when they can. I totally trust them.
I have other cars in the family (so called premium brands) and their service centres need to take a leaf out of Weaver's customer service.

You have asked for more details of my 3 star rating. I agreed a 38k deal, but received no confirmation other than an email containing GDPR and other irrelevant financial services disclaimers. Rather than being readily supplied I had to contact your sales person to get a basic confirmation of the order, which was inadequate. I then had to make a further telephone call followed up by an email to request confirmation that the specification that I specified be honoured. In response He sent me a copy of the Ford brochure! I still have no written confirmation that the car will be as ordered
