The Vauxhall showrooms offer a wide range of different makes of vehicles. My recent dealing with this company was very good indeed. The Principal Dealer, Dylan Williams, is simply first-class for his interpersonal skills and integrity. No detail is too much for him to address and resolve. I give this company a full commendation for anyone wishing to buy or trade in a vehicle.

Great service, but not all specs of cars are correct, so do your homework. Offers Re good and part exchange similar to WBAC.
Steve was great, but needs reminding they have a coffee machine, the only disappointment was pre-sale valet was poor inside and out, but outweighed by the offers.

Recently looking for a new car I came across a car on there website , the website said leave a deposit and we will reserve the car so I did what a great service i thought.
The following morning I rang to book a viewing only to be told the car was sold Friday !!! Why have you not taken it down I asked and you’ve taken my money £99
I was told we can’t as that’s not our job i then asked to speak to a manager and again was told it was sold Friday , I pointed out that the deposit was paid Monday and the car been up for sale all weekend and you’ve taken my money.
His reply was we know and it’s not our job !!!
What a very poor service and a total waste of my time just shows large garages no better than back street .

Was the today with a problem with brakes. Staff in service were brilliant t especially Julie. I'd also like to thank the guys in the workshop. I use the garage for servicing etc...brilliantservice.

Friendly yet informative. Immaculate showroom and forecourt. No pushy salesmen just people who know what they're talking about. The Car stock is impressive and the prices are fair. Drop by for a coffee and browse the cars. You know your going to get treated with respect. If you believe in the Vauxhall brand like me. You know it stands for reliability, quality and an ever improving aesthetic.
