I have used them on a number of occasions. In fact my wives car and my sons car as well as my own all have their MOT carried out there. I would and have, recommended them highly. Good work guys keep it up.

I have called in to Spa Motors (Brecon) on many occasions because there is always something that takes my fancy. We pop in on the way home from Llandrindod Wells to look at a car I really liked and needed to get my wife on side. I asked about a test drive which I think would have been enough win her over. I was told they like to make sure that the finances are in place before having a test drive which made me feel like I was not a in position to purchase the car.

Dealt with Gareth for sale and Jake for the hand over, both top guys, good PX value for my Tiguan, can’t fault it, will use them in the future, thanks guys

Highly recommend this company. Bought a car and the sales service was very professional and friendly. The car developed a small problem so took it back and the after sales were amazing. It was sorted very quickly and nothing was too much trouble. Even brought my car back. Will definitely go back in the future. Thanks guys.

In the age of online car purchases I was at first sceptical about buying a car I’d not seen “in the flesh” however Cameron and the guys at Spa Motors were really helpful and responded quickly to all my requests for photos, details and videos online. Then when I arrived, all COVID secure and exactly what I was expecting. Purchase was easy and I went away a very happy customer. Really recommend Spa, these guys are up there with the best. Cheers!

Had a booking at 11am to see a vw tiguan. Arrived slightly late due to bad traffic and road works. When I got there I was told I would be seen soon by the sales person. Eventually got seen about 12.15 with an apology by the sales person as he was on his own today and other customers just turned up which was a bit annoying but understandable. I was looking at part exchanging my car which on their website it was valued between £4300 and £5300 which was about right as other garages had offered me £4500 for my car. I then got told that it was only worth £3700 by the sales person! When I questioned about the valuation on the website he stated that the website wasn't working properly and was giving wrong valuations which clearly wasn't true as other garages were happy enough offering that amount and also is false advertising on their behalf. After travelling over an hour to see the car and be told all that was extremely disappointing and a massive kick in the teeth. Wouldn't advise using this company if they are going to use sly tactics like this to real you in. Very disappointed!

Update.

Received a call from one of the managers this morning apologising for the situation. They then offered a higher value for my car up to £4400 amazingly or offered a small "gesture of good will" for travel and wasted time but only if the poor review was removed. I refused both as I felt this was only due to the fact I gave a true and honest review. Very disappointed with their business ethics.

First visit for repairs to my car. Will continue to use them from now on.

July 2021 - My son has just got his first van (eventually got to take his test after 5 cancellations, thanks to COVID). Very unhelpful about finding a purchase for us. Also, on the "other side" of the garage, said our car needed expensive repairs on parts which have recently been renewed! They are no longer a garage I would recommend.

Had a deal on a land rover discovery 4 weeks ago, can't fault them great to deal with, Gareth wasn't pushy like some sales guys and i had a towbar fitted by their workshop manager Darren another great guy.
Definitely recommend this company
