The experience at Baylis Southern Merthyr Tydfil was good because I found the car I wanted, I was able to drive away with it the same day, was offered a brilliant amount for my old car, had a few add ons at a brilliant rate and the car is perfect for me. The customer service was amazing. Jay, the sales rep was brilliant and down to earth, lovely guy and lovely experience.

Recently visited baylis in Merthyr with my partner and father in law, we were quickly greeted by a lovely gentleman called Steve who helped my father-in-law choose the parfect car for him and his disability needs. Steve had to order a car from another garage but that only took a day or two, we then went back to complete the purchase and everything was absolutely perfect, the car was perfect, not a spec of dust, absolutely spotless. Steve helped all the way through and we feel if we have any questions we can call at any time. The aftercare is brilliant and I would highly recommend using this place if your buying or even looking for a new car
