Bought my car second hand here, staff friendly and very helpful. Mot also done a couple of months ago and again friendly and professional staff, service done today and I get the car back all shiny and clean as well. Wouldn't go anywhere else now.

The customer service from the very first contact to the purchase was exceptional. We dealt with Mark Vinokurtsev and Ellie Carpenter. They made the purchase /deal smoothly with amazing customer care throughout it was sensational. Will definitely be returning and recommending to family and friends. We've just collected a used Ds3 and felt moved to leave a review by the 5 star service we received. Our salesperson Niamh was polite, personable and informative from the start, impressing us with her professional attitude and knowledge from our first contact.
The car we test drove had a couple of minor bodywork issues and the alloy wheels had been kerbed a few times. This was all put right before delivery and a new MOT certificate issued.
The after sales process was handled by Ellie, who was equally as attentive throughout the process up to the handover today.
The car was in showroom condition and a small problem with the petrol filler cap, which fell off, was sorted in 5 minutes.
We travelled 91 miles from Weston Super Mare to buy this car but after my experience with the garage and their excellent staff I wouldn't hesitate to buy a car unseen and have it delivered to Weston in future.

A first class buying experience that I can’t rate highly enough from start to finish! I was looking for an eC4 and found a pre registered shine plus at Bassetts of Swansea. Matthew was very helpful and reliably returned my calls. He shared a video of the car and after making a competitive cost to change offer I decided to go ahead. Ellie made convenient arrangements for collection day. Picked the car up today 22/10/22 and the Handover experience was superb during which we were not rushed, never pressured and felt like nothing was too much trouble. Our new car was waiting for us outside the showroom doors wearing a huge red bow and prepared to a high standard. Ellie was friendly and professional and her clear communication made the whole handover process simple and easy to understand. Once the paperwork was completed Matthew went through the functionality of the car which was extremely helpful. When we were ready to leave both Matthew and Ellie came out to wish us a safe journey. Although I’m at the opposite side of the country in Norfolk, I wouldn’t hesitate to make the journey for another purchase for the customer service I have received throughout. Made an online deposit of £100 to secure a Citroen C1 in Swansea on the 10th October. Turns out that C1 had already been sold over the weekend. 2 months, several calls and unanswered emails later I am still waiting for my unhonoured deposit to be refunded

I’d never purchase a car from here again.
Upon viewing the car, it was great. Purchased it, had a bit of battle to collect it, upon taking it home there was all dog hair in the boot- which definitely wasn’t there when viewing, I let that slide. I then had to replace the key when the shop I took it to opened it up all inside had corroded again I let it go.
The final straw is when after just over a month after having the vehicle the battery has completely gone leaving me stranded since the 23rd December.
And do you think I am able to get hold of them. Absolutely not.

This place is worst than any garage in wales for customers parking what is it does everybody buy there cars on line and don't bother with coming to the garage anymore, please sort this out bassetts it's ridiculous when I approach a sales man they say its the mechanic's fault for parking the cars to be serviced, don't you realise people are put of by this and just drive away, ( and a lost customer gone again )
