Stellantis &You Peugeot Newport

Me and my mum visited a few car shops before going to peugeot/citroen and I have to say it is a fantastic car shop, prices are great and competitive, we ended up getting a car each, the main thing for me is the sales team weren't pushy in any way, they allow you to take your time with choosing and then if you require help or information they will help you, we dealt with Andrew and we were delighted with the service he gave us both, he made the paperwork a little less boring by making conversation and he wasn't trying to sell everything, he gave us excellent information on both cars and informed us to call him if there are any issues. Overall I would highly recommend this car shop, staff are very professional and not pushy in any way, out of all the car sales places we visited this was the best in my opinion.

Had to take our C5 in due to the glove box failing to open. Met Simon who was excellent. He told me what he was going to do, did what he said he was going to do and kept me informed over the phone whilst I wandered around Spytty Retail Park. You cannot ask for anymore than that from anyone. Polite, friendly and professional. The only downside is that we have had to order an electric car from another supplier as Citroen's range for us is poor. After 20 years with Citroen we are venturing into uncharted waters.

Elaine and Susan are ambassadors for the service side. We have our second Citroen. My only gripe is when they have to order a part, it takes a few days, we took our car in Thursday and the part came Monday. This has always been the case. I had a Peugeot and it took 3 weeks to get a turbocharger from France.But the brands are pretty bomb proof and we're just about to go and see sales about the new C4 that has just come out, it looks great and motoring press like it. I've found Citroen for comfort and tech and Peugeot for the powerful engines. Citroen for us.

Amazing service. Great people that are easy to communicate with. I feel like I was truly understood regarding the car that I needed and definitely got the best price that I came across. Different to other profit focused dealers that I have dealt with before. Highly recommended.

I took my C1 in recently for diagnostic test as we noticed a stutter with the auto gearbox when starting. The diagnostic report came back fine although the technician agreed with the stutter when starting after a test drive. We bought the car from another dealer in Plymouth with an extended warranty.
I explained this and adviser agreed to contact the warranty firm on our behalf. The helpfulness and professionalism from Elaine Langford was excellent. We will return for next year's service.
