I dealt with Peter Jenkins, and can't commend him highly enough. He was polite, not at all pushy, informative, and patient at every step. We bought a second hand Mini Cooper online, via zoom + walk round videos etc, and couldn't be happier with our experience. Car was delivered promptly and in perfect condition. Would highly recommend using their services. They have clear policies on pricing and discounts, which are very transparent, it is very easy to understand what you are undertaking from the beginning. Would have liked a full tank of petrol though ;)

Booked my car in for mot and had a polite call from David about maybe looking at possibly having a new car. Met with him Monday morning and he was very polite and extremely helpful. One of the very few sales person that isn't pushing you into having something you don't want or can't afford. He has kept me updated with everything thats been happening.Genuinely a nice person. A credit to the company

Stay clear of this branch. Absolutely awful customer service. The team have lied to me, they have taken my money, promised to fix issues of a pre used car and then have proceeded to be rude and unhelpful.
I purchased a car, upon viewing there was a chip on its windscreen, I was told that the windscreen would be replaced, in actual fact it had been filled with resin. I was then told to claim on my own car insurance and it would not effect my no claims bonus. They advised that they would pay my insurance excess and give me a full tank of diesel rather than replace the screen. The reverse light and the break lights were out and this was not apparent until driving away. The radiator cover for the passenger inside heater had snapped, I’ve asked for a replacement to be told that they would. 6 weeks on I still have not received it.
I know you take chances when purchasing a used car however they have a duty of care to ensure that it is road worthy and undamaged. £8.5k cash was taken and I’m still finding faults. The whole situation has been awful. GO ELSEWHERE, ANYWHERE and purchase a car but avoid here like the plague . If you want problems and rubbish customer service then this awful branch is the place to come.

David Matthews was the salesman who was dealing with my new Vauxhall combo, he was helpful when Vauxhall stopped their dealerships from registering new vehicles and mine was one of them, and as soon as Vauxhall lifted the delay, he was able to register my vehicle and arranged for me to collect my car, and he was helpful in explaining the functions of the new car. He was very helpful.

David Mathews is a great Motability sales man his phone manner is so professional he listens and then takes time to answer any questions. When we arrived to pick up my friend's new car he couldn't have been more helpful he patiently explained all the workings of the car from seat adjustment to radio stations to setting up the dashboard displays and how it all works and why. Lovely man a credit to the company. I would say check his pockets for any spare keys before you leave lol 😆

Excellent service. My car was picked up from my home and returned a short while later. I had to have my car keys re matched to the car. Lovely knowledgeable, professional and friendly lady picked up the car explaining the whole process and anything that I needed to know. Excellent service.

Have purchased a few vehicles from this site and have always had a great experience from the initial order up until I've collected the car. My most recent purchase was my Audi A4 which was in Portsmouth. The team arranged to get it delivered to Newport and allowed me to drive it before agreeing to the sale. There was a slight problem with the brakes (they noticed when they checked it over) which they got sorted straight away without a quibble. All the staff are friendly and I won't hesitate to come back when i'm ready to change my car.
