While it was being ordered I was always kept up to date with everything, I couldn’t believe how amazing the prices were and the customer service went above and beyond. Every single person working there were so welcoming & kind. I would never go anywhere else now to buy a car. Thank you so much!

Staff very friendly and helpful. Ian was the sales person I dealt with and he was superb. Not pushy, very relaxed and didn't seem to adopt a selling persona, ie just seemed authentic and friendly. He remained calm and helpful throughout the experience despite all my anxieties and frequent calls/emails. The owner arranged for my Toyota Yaris hybrid to be bought by the local dealer so I got a good price which came off my new MG4. The other sales person, Andrew, arranged for the grey MG4 to be brought to the showroom so I could view the colour in person, which really helped me choose. Very impressive all round. Joanna presented me with a lovely bunch of flowers when ready to leave in my new car which was a lovely gesture. Small business with a small forecourt but absolutely excellent customer service. Highly recommend.

The easiest purchase of a car I’ve ever experienced. No lies or bulls*** that you can get at dealerships a lot of the time. No trying to sell stupid add ons that are pointless cash grabs, Just great customer service and quick outcomes.
Ian was very helpful when we went to view cars and gave us all the information we needed. From there Karen was also incredibly helpful with ensuring we put everything in place we needed to!
We are landed with our purchase of our brand new HS. Can’t thank Panda Motors (MG) enough!
