Bought my first performance car from evolve motor company!, Alex could not of helped me anymore, really nice bloke and very knowledgeable! After sale is brilliant, They went above and beyond, really good customer service and super clean show room! Will definitely be back to buy another!

Fantastic service from Evolve. Sean provided a 5* customer service, was extremely efficient in preparing the car for collection. Also the follow up service was 5*. Extremely professional and nothing is too much trouble! Purchased a second car from evolve within 2 weeks and again received the same great service from Alex. Found a car I liked, sent a message in to test drive which Alex sorted straight away. As soon as I decided to purchase the car Alex made the buying process so easy and even sorted car tax and serviced the car and did some touch up work to get it to a awesome standard. Couldn’t recommend Evolve enough!

I sold my car to Evolve today and can genuinely say that it was a pleasure dealing with them. All communication was fantastic and with a small deposit left on the car it gave me the confidence to make the 100 mile journey to have it viewed properly. Evolve did not try and haggle me on an already agreed price making it a great experience all around.

I bought a CLA45 from Evolve a few days ago and these guys were just brilliant. I enquired about the car a week prior and Alex I held conversations regularly with him about the car in question. Alex was incredible from start to finish. A day before I turned up I told him I would have to be there early due to work commitments, I was there even before opening time and the guys were already out front cleaning the car for me ready to be taken away! I was taken into the showroom while they finished up and was presented the car inside with no pestering or pressure, the same applied for the test drive. Whilst dealing with Alex, he had all the answers for the questions I asked and went out of his way to make phone calls and fetch me some service history that was missing from the documentation. Although I only directly dealt with Alex, the other staff were incredibly accommodating. Every one of them said ‘Good morning’ and held conversations with me about cars and the car I was buying. Unbelievable customer service. Alex personally messaged me a few days after the deal went through asking how the car was and if I had any concerns.

Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a smoother, more welcoming experience. If you need to scratch an itch for a performance car, go to Evolve. 5 star service all round.

Very quick response and turn around time. I was able to enquire, view and drive away with my BMW in three days including part exchange. Imran very accommodating and friendly as well as the other stuff there too.

Found the car I was looking for, with a fully loaded spec at a great price. From start to finish all the staff were very helpful and pleasant (not at all pushy).

After my initial enquiries via phone I had an AA inspection done which they didn't hesitate to. I later agreed to buy the car. After a long 4hr train trip, I was picked up from the station and taken to their showroom.

On arriving you're very pleasantly surprised by the calibre of high spec cars they have on show in their large yard. From that point on I had no worries and knew this was no dodgy 'Arthur Daley Dealership'.

Also impressed by the average age of the staff, as they all seem quite young, but all were very professional in their manner.

I left with my new car (along with some finance and warranty) a little while later. Very happy with my purchase as they'd all helped to make my long journey by train and the drive home, very enjoyable and worth while.
