Chris was friendly and upfront with us when valuing our car. We knew full well that the initial valuation with any of the car buying companies is much higher than the final value paid but we also knew that our car was not perfect and that this was a convenient safe way of selling our car. I was looking for £6000 and was paid £5700 so I am more than happy and I don't have the hassle of selling my car privately!

I recently sold my car. It was the first time I had not sold it in part exchange. They offered me a better price than the garage and I was able to negotiate a discount on my new car. Very friendly and efficient and they did exactly what they said they would. I would not hesitate to recommend them!

Took my car to Bridgend branch and was greeted straight away by Brad who was freindly and polite.After checking my car Brad explained one or two minor points about the vehicle and made me a very fair offer which was bang on what i was expecting to get and only just short of the online valuation given to me by the company. He made the paperwork a doddle and money was in my account later in the evening.Would definitely recommend and use again.Thanks again Brad.

I am BEYOND frustrated at this useless company. Filled out the online form and they made an offer. We all know they aren't going to offer the quote so went with reasonable expectations. Took my car all the way from Cardiff to Bridgend. It is right into Bridgend and took me 40 minutes to get there!! Only for me to walk in and have them ask me if my car has a battery test certificate. I didn't have one so they weren't interested. WHY DIDN'T YOU PHONE ME BEFOREHAND TO CHECK THIS!! So disappointing to see businesses in 2023 can't function efficiently and offer a good customer service.
