Recently bought a Subaru from Howard, received a 1st class service, nothing was too much trouble. Had the car a couple of months now with only one small problem which was dealt with swiftly by Howard. Would definitely buy from him again with confidence. Thankyou!

I wish I could give 0 stars, I definitely dodged a bullet with this place, basically emailed saying I was wasting his time after I asked for a video of the car (due to not being able to currently travel), if that is his attitude before selling I can imagine if you had any problems he wouldn't want to know either.

I purchased a VW Toureg from Howard and the entire process was excellent. Buying a car unseen is very daunting but I needn’t have worried as Howard was extremely helpful and always available on the phone via call or text and also videos. My car was delivered on time and as described. I had a slight issue with the AC which was quickly resolved at my local garage as Howard is so far away from me and he was great at reimbursing me for the work and making sure that the car was fully sorted. These things happen especially with such an older car.
I would definitely recommend Chris Howard Motors and happily purchase a car from them again. 5*

Brought my first 7 Seater- a lovely 64 plate Hyundai from Howard in May. Due to restrictions and having a small baby, he offered to deliver it to us which was a 300+ mile round trip. A lovely vehicle when it arrived, as described and seen on video.

We were very happy to deal with Howard, who was very polite and reassuring. Unfortunately, the Engine Management Light came on the very next day. I was so anxious having spent alot of money on the car. We spoke to Howard and he said he would cover the cost of diagnosis and repair. A true gentleman as he kept his word.

We booked it in at Sturgess, Hyundai main dealer and they have spent alot of time on it and Howard has honoured his word. We feel humbled to have been able to deal with 'an honest car salesman' because you hear some real horror stories nowadays. Very few and far between to come by one.

If there was more than 5 stars on google, i think this gentleman truly deserves it. 👍
