C.S.M. Valeting

CSM did a great job for me on my car that had not been used for four months due to illness and was filthy.
Fully recommended.

Tried to get a valet but encountered one of the most abrupt and rude people I have yet spoken to via the phone who told me there was "nothing amazing I can do for your car, it's just a liquid wax we put on." Then went on to mention that specks on the bonnet I mentioned (without even viewing the vehicle) were probably 'stone chips' and "there's nuffink I can do 'bout that, mate" [sic]

Very disappointing response for someone who just bought a luxury vehicle and wanted to give it some special treatment.

[Edit] In response to owner's response: Official definition of 'abrupt': "brief to the point of rudeness; curt." Definition of rude: "offensively impolite or bad-mannered." I was cut off or overspoken on every sentence. Not once was there an attempt to sell services or paint the company in a good light.

Also - I said I would phone back as I was so appalled at the disgusting stance of the owner that I simply wanted a way to end the call instead of resorting to returning the rude attitude. I have worked in the customer service industry for years and this company could do with plenty of training in this area.

Cannot recommend C.S.M Valeting enough. Chris is a delight and does SUCH a fantastic job - best car clean I've ever had. You may pay slightly more than other car cleaner services, but it's 100% worth it.

Always terrific service from CSM. The guys always arrive on time, the standards of cleaning are great, everyone is always friendly and polite.

Chris is very efficient in replying to messages and is proactive to get in touch to arrange recleans.

Prices are super competitive and I'd highly recommend CSM.

Fantastic service! We have used CSM Valeting three times now and everytime we have been amazed at the quality of their cleaning, the ease of them coming to us, the friendliness of the guys who have attended and the cost. We usually have the exterior Waxed and polished and my car stays clean for ages afterwards. They take their time and don't rush to get the job done. I encourage anyone considering using them to give them a try!

Chris was fabulous when I presented him with my car which once white, had spent winter driving around country lanes taking me and my fluffy pooch on long muddy walks. It was in a sorry state. The car was returned to me looking and smelling as good as new. My little work horse was once again my pride and joy. Fabulous service. I would recommend Chris in a heartbeat.
