Car Wash & Valeting Centre

The service was pretty awful. First they quoted £15 which I was happy with - for inside and outside the car. However when I got back, the whole job had a lot of cut corners - missed loads of bits (for example, long piece of tape stuck to the back, dog mess on the inside door, etc.) so I asked the chap to clean it up which took an extra 2 minutes. Then at the end he asked for an additional £5, and I refused to pay this as this wasn't part of the original quote. Then he told me never to come back and that if he saw my car again he wouldn't allow it into the car wash. And to add insult to injury later I discovered that they had broken my vent phone holder and also one of my vents. It's very clear that they don't care about customer service and want to process customers as quickly as possible, so I won't be going there again!

For £15 they took my 3 month neglected car and made it shine again. Honestly I wasn't expecting perfection but to be honest the job was better than "good enough" it was worth the money. I've visited these guys a few times. I'd visit again.

Just used this place for the first time and very surprised they are happy to let cars leave like this! They take customers money(£20) but unfortunately don’t seem to care about standards.. was quick but the fact the cars still dirty explains a lot🤷🏽‍♂️

I always take my white car here when it's getting a bit dirty. I always get fast, efficient and flawless cleaning service from these guys. Definitely recommend, but if it's busy, don't try and cram your car in there as there isn't much space for parking up.

Took my car here to get cleaned inside and out with my 1 year old. Good job by the lads who are really friendly, accommodating and reasonable priced. I would recommend these guys to anyone from my experience.

Terrible Terrible Terrible.
Windows cleaned with dirty cloths.
They also stole items from the van.
I tried to complain but I felt very intimidated by all the men.
Stay away.
My friend works for HMRC...I'll be asking her to visit as I'm sure the cash goes into their pockets without declaring 99% of their takings.

I have been using their service for a couple of months now and I can openly share they are one of the best car wash centres I have been too - good value for money and an excellent service. I am so sorry to bring my massive car to you guys every fortnight in a mess but you guys buff it up nicely. I recommend these guys without any hesitation.

This review is long overdue. I took my car here after it had been sat in a bay all through lockdown so had accumulated A LOT of dirt. After the guys efficiently cleaned the car I asked if they could t-cut some scratches on the car, without hesitation the scratches were buffed out. Top work for a good price.
