I brought my car from new and when my lease finished I decide to keep it and thought I would give it some extra TLC for the next four years ahead. Max Wax collected my car from home , provided a courtesy vehicle and kept me well informed during the process. When I returned to collect my car the team took their time to "reveal" what they had done and presented every detail of the clean. It was like picking up a new car and how often can you say that after a clean! Now this is a premium service so expectations were high but I could not believe the detail they went to!

In short a very professional company that deliver on the services they provide. Great customer service delivered in welcoming and laid back way. A modern and well equipped operation using premium products.

Full Williams 10H ceramic package including interior protection was applied with such skill and care by Martin. He spent hours on my camper like it was his own, giving tips on ongoing care that I will make sure to follow.

Jamie when I called spent time to understand my requirements for a new vehicle I want to last and crafted the right package. I only called to get an idea on price and was fortunate to take advantage of a late cancellation by a nearby customer. Within 8 hours of my call it was applied at my home.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. This is the first time I've used Max Wax and they were absolutely brilliant. I had an extensive detail carried out on my BMW 4 series, along with some body work repair, and they really went above and beyond in carrying out the work and making sure I got what I wanted. I dealt with Jamie and he delivered excellent customer service and spent a considerable amount of time talking to me and finding out exactly what I was looking for. Jamie really knows his stuff and is exceptional at judging a customer's needs and determining the level of detail that would be suitable. An example of this is a large, conspicuous scratch on the lens of my instrument cluster. I didn't notice it when I bought the car but when sunlight directly shone on it, it stood out like a sore thumb. It really bothered me and I couldn't find anyone that could help. In fact I started looking at replacing the whole binnacle because it bothered me so much. And then I found Jamie and Max Wax. Jamie was the only person who said he could help, and he really did! They managed to polish it out completely and you can't see the scratch at all now. I've no idea how they did it but whatever it was, it worked like magic, and it saved me considerable cost. It was really refreshing to deal with a company that put a lot of emphasis on great customer service, aswell as great craftsmanship in their work. I couldn't fault them and the final outcome of the detail is phenomenal. It looks like a brand new car and I'm absolutely delighted with the results. I wouldn't hesitate to use Max Wax again the future.

I would highly recommend Max Wax for any valeting services. They have carried out a fantastic job on my car. Jamie, offered great customer service, discussing which valet would be right for my car and an easy booking process. Clint, carried out the valet and spent 7 hours bringing my car back to an excellent condition! He was polite, prompt and has done an unbelievable job. The car had paint specks down one side from fence work carried out in the summer. Clint spent the time to remove all these marks and the exterior is now gleaming. Having two young children is always hard on a cars interior and mine was no different. Covered in mud, food, sweets, dirt etc it was hard to see how it could come back to life again but Clint managed it. He has done an amazing job and the interior is now spotless. A fantastic experience using Max Wax and I will be using them for any future valeting needs.

I have used Max Wax to detail two Mercedes Benz saloons of mine and a Yaris belonging to my wife. I was astounded at the transformation of the first MB, which had a full valet and deep polish. My wife was extremely pleased with the similar service on her Yaris. The attached photos are of my present car after Jamie and his team completed a Ceramic Coating. It completely blew me away when the cover was removed in his showroom. I cannot praise the team enough.

Max Wax have been out to me to work on my RS4 on two separate occasions, the first to remove some light scratches and the second to wash, polish and wax.
On both occasions i was impressed with the level of attention to detail and finish, all staff were friendly and efficient. They come fully equipped and talked through the work before they started and afterwards, I am very impressed with their service and will definately be using them again

This is the second time I've used MaxWax in Shoreham to apply a Williams Ceramic paint protection plus interior treatment for a new vehicle. The results are amazing and I will be back again for future reapplication, detailing and valet needs on the car. Jamie, Dan and the team have been spot on from start to finish. Delivery of the car was delayed by several months, but MaxWax maintained contact and accommodated me without fuss after several revisions of my delivery date.
