I've been here several times now and I can describe the quality of work as outstanding and thorough.

My car transports my son to school and frequently carries our dogs as well so it gets really messy. Despite the mess this team does a fantastic job of cleaning the car inside and out, and always with a smile. This is my go-to place for getting my car cleaned.

As I drew up one of the persons washing the cars was arguing, shouting loudly at another of his work colleague, pointing finger at him. Instantly this put me off. He then started to wash the car with the jet wash quite aggressively as was still quite angry following the exchange of words with his colleagues. When I went to pay was charged £22 I have a regular car, not a large one and was not particular dirty (which agree additional charges should be made if this is the case) The car wash wasn’t done with care and did have streaks of water where not dried off properly, back window still had marks on it so cleaned this myself when got home. Dashboard near radio was also still dusty. The only person that smiled was the lady but can honestly say customer service and charges that did not correspond with the board displayed (should have been charged £18 for a regular car inside and out) which is what had paid previously. When asked the lady just said everything gone up, sadly charges advertised were not amended. Will not be using this car wash in future. A shame really as had taken my car there previously but think it’s time moved on. Who wants to pay over the odds for bad customer service and be over charged.

First visit today. Was really fast. Really accommodating to the fact I had a baby with me in the car. Really friendly staff. Will deffinately use again.
Fantastic value for £25.

Paid for a basic was in and out and so much was missed I had to go home and finish it myself when I told them they shouted and said pay more next time, dash should have been done and hoovering should have been done but a poor job most of them eating whilst cleaning cars first and last time!!

Your response says it all you should at least give the service you have offered I don't need to use incompetent car washers such as yourselves anyway my toddler does a better job

Just bought my daughters 1st car & it was filthy, bell bar had it looking like a new car in no time for £25, they spent ages getting the months of baked on brake dust off the front wheels.
Card payment saved me being ripped off £1.99 at petrol stations cash machine!

Why I am putting one start because

1st speed it tooks them 1h to do what usually I am receiving in 15mins

2nd not using a clean descaled water so I ended up with water drops on my car
And and due to the speed issue my car had been sprayed with something which dried on top of it and it gave it smudged look (I have a ceramic coating on it so it has a permanent shine just after a rainfall BUT after this wash it was gone and some sticky stains become visible everywhere (usually it is so smooth and shiny that you can use it as a mirror)

3rd Door slaming instead of open all doors clean it quick and close them they went one by one and i stead of gentle close it was a hard slam (just for reference my doors are closing as smooth as refrigerator ones) as a car person was painful to experience that door slamming

4th. The sponges used was not being cleaned so there was a great chance to get some of the gritt from the previous car

5th Not being dried properly as well which makes all the leftover chemicals to to dry and give that bad look which I mentioned earlier

PS. You did not used Autogly polish and probably you have no ideia what was my car that is why you are mistaken me for someone else and there is no business interest because I do not own a carwash ...

You can take my points as something that you could improve and please be more careful with the cars doors
