Excellent and honest family run business. I bought a car from these guys a few years ago and was very happy with it. I have since exchanged that car because I needed a saloon. I bought this from somewhere else but continue to use Beddows for my MOT and servicing. I have chatted with Neale on several occasions and always found him to be helpful. Would happily recommend them to my friends and family.

Change £300 To change rear suspension and short absorbers... And i have the parts... Also central console not working after picking it up. Not impressed... Need to ask for a 2nd opinion elsewhere. Definitely not coming back
Edit for an answer, you said that you had to have access from the both which i know for a fact that you don't. I would even give a nice tip because of the way that this happened but not like this.

We recently purchased a vehicle from Mark at Beddows.

We viewed it on line to begin with and arranged a viewing for a couple of days later with a small holding deposit.

We arrived to view the vehicle,ark greeted us, social distancing etc was all adhered to.

We took the vehicle for a test drive and decided to buy.

We collected the vehicle from them on the 10/6/2021 and upon our journey home we noticed a shudder to the steering and the steering wheel off centre. It went straight to our local garage who diagnosed the issues as wheel alignment and traction that cost us to put right.

I called Mark up and explained the situation, he couldn't of been more apologetic. He asked for an e-mailed copy of the receipt and our bank details, 24 hours later and the money was in our account, no squabbles or questions.

Thank you Mark for making our car buying experience a joyful one and we hope to business again in the future.
