Absolute rubbish, do not take your vehicle to these people, told me my passenger door couldn’t be opened from outside or inside , utter rubbish, makes you think what other stuff they make up. Steer clear literally of this place. I took my vehicle to another mot
Mechanic he had a look and said 3 times I can’t find the problems that are on the mot fail sheet, ok the brake pads are low but that’s about it??

I would never ever use this garage. They are rude and abusive towards women. They are patronising and the owner is very aggressive! They also charge without informing you first. Steer clear!!!

I would advise you to check the price for the parts before you give the ok
It work out if they get the part for you is doubled the normal price.
The labour/ hour they deal only hourly £70 and add the vat to all that
Over all good if you have huge bag of money
If you go there ask them the cost of the parts and their labour to
I do not think they spend 2 hour in my case

Couldn’t be more grateful to Steve and the team. Called yesterday desperate for an MOT, without which I’d be car-less and unable to attend a critical family event. Steve did everything he could to accommodate me and got my MOT done first thing this morning in spite of a busy schedule. Highly recommended. V pleased to have found them.

I've only used Goldcrest Motors a couple of times in the last two years for an old BMW (once for an MOT and the other one for an investigation of minor problems). Both times the experience was very good. The service and advice is friendly, helpful and down-to-earth. I would use them again.
