Paddock Wood Auto Repairs

I had a lot of damage under my car and had been given different information by another garage. I brought my car to Paddock Wood as I live local and the reviews looked good. They were great at fitting me in on the day, they talked me through what was wrong with my car and ensured I understood. The damage was quite severe but they had it sorted by the end of the day. I was so impressed with their service that my family and I will use it as our go to garage. I have my MOT booked in with them for this.month

Used them for the first time two days ago to have an MOT on my little Honda Jazz. It needed two small things to pas & they did it for me straight away. Very professional service & kept well informed :) Very happy to have another year on my old car. Thank you you Guys & Girls. Will definitely Recommend you to anyone.

These guys were great. All staff were friendly, cheerful and professional. They carried out our MOT and the required repairs quickly and to a high standard. They also kept us well informed throughout the process. Finally, when I thought there was a problem with the front wheel after I'd collected the car, they went the extra mile by seeing us straight away. There was no problem so they didn't charge us for their time. Wonderful.

Trustworthy, reliable and honest. I keep coming back here because there's never been even a hint of 'finding' an extra problem with the car for the sake of more money. They also collect and deliver my car (I'm local) which is a big help as it means I don't have to bring my toddler along to an MoT!

It's a proper garage, not fancy, not shiny, definitely 100% professional, honest, and down to earth.
Last experience I had dropped my car off they did all the work as normal. Unfortunately, my asthma kicked in, and I couldn't pick my car up for a day or two. They were more than understanding and patient with me.

Spent more time trying to make extra work and did not complete the works that the car went in for. Also I had to take the car back twice, firstly to question their work as they swapped the wrong parts and then as they had put too much oil in the car causing a warning light to come on.
Would not use this garage again, hopefully my regular mechanic returns from his travels soon so I can get a proper job from a professional company instead of this shambles!!!
