Kwik Fit - Stevenage

Rare that I write a review on Google but the service at Kwik fit today was above exceptional. I had the need to get a problem sorted fairly urgently and received polite and attentive service from one of the engineers on site who was extremely helpful in rectifying the problem I had on my Hyundai Ionic. First class, thank you.

Customer service was excellent. My booking was in time, no waiting. I was told the MOT will take one hour so they kept the promise.

Ridiculously great service- my car failed its MOT (badly) and I expected it to be off the road for at least a week. The team were incredibly helpful, and within a day had completed all of the repairs. Very fast service, fair price for repairs, and all staff were incredibly helpful. Would 100% recommend!

Booked an MOT online for my Audi TT. Arrived a few mins early. Car was taken in on time, passed first time and I left a happy customer who will return.
The whole team just go above and beyond and simply want to keep customers happy. Well done, and great customer service all round

Started work 35 minutes after my appointment slot, seeing them sat around in the workshop. Due to this they told me they were not going to include the Alignment Check despite requested, and was told to return later. To add, because of the delay I missed my hospital appointment. I returned later to a new gentleman who declined the Alignment Check as he stated it's free and therefore they are not obliged to do it unless I payed £65 for the alignment. After challenging this, another gentleman then offered to help, who was helpful as he said that the Alignment was only 1mm out and said the £65 charge was not necessary.

I've been taking my car to Kwik-Fit in Stevenage for a few years now and they are always so friendly and helpful. I can not recommend them highly enough. They keep us updated at all times when the car is in, it's always a quick turnaround and she's purring when she comes out.

Great service! I turned up to ask for an appointment to get some air in my tyres after the snow, the gentleman at the reception just said two ticks and really it was done in two ticks!

Tbh I have gone there a few months back for my MOT and again the service was superb which is why I returned.

After my local branch had to cancel my MOT due to issues with their equipment, I was in a panic as needing the car to travel to work. The Stevenage branch cane through and saved the day! Really appreciate them fitting me in last minute, many thanks to Matthew and team. I shall be coming back again!
