Service Plus (Redhill)

I was so very impressed with my recent service and MOT. Having driven past for years I thought I'd give Service-Plus a go. Receptionist was friendly, I got a nice courtesy car with full tank of petrol, along with regular phone calls to let me know how my car was doing. Thought from start to finish the whole thing was a slick operation and would highly recommend to others. Reasonably priced competent garage. Family run business backed by the Bosch brand and guarantee. Couldn't ask for more.

Excellent service from the team at Service Plus Refill. Popped in with small issue (some idiot knocked the wing mirror of my partners car) the team was more than willing to help fix the issue without the need for buying expensive parts. Nice one!

Booked my car in for an MOT at short notice. It failed on its rear coils which required parts to be ordered. Within 24. Hours of the test the car was repaired and returned to me. The price was good and an added bonus was the ability to provide a loan car so that I did not have to use public transport for an important appointment. A further plus in these troubled times was the attention paid to sanitising everything to ensure COVID is not spread. I have not seen such good attention to this in this country. A big well done from me.

I got a “DPF Full - visit your dealer” warning light on my Jaguar XE whilst driving on the motorway. Despite being very busy, Service-Plus agreed to at least look at the car the following day - my only day off that week. They found a disconnected pipe (missed by the Main Dealer at it’s Service) refitted, regenerated the filter, and had it ready for me in the afternoon. Faultless Service. Really pleasant people to deal with as well.

We moved our business to the area a few months ago, and are so glad to have found Service Plus to look after our small fleet of vans for repairs, servicing and MOTs.
Speedy, honest & friendly, service. Highly recommended! :-)

I spoke with them over the phone to have the car in for a fuel pump noise(like a knock knock noise). I was told they need the car the whole days to run diagnostics and check and to drive it. 1hr is £80! £80/hr the whole day well that’s not gonna happen! Way higher then the Mercedes repair dealer prices! £80/hr ???? OUTRAGEOUS!

I have been using Service Plus for over 8 years. Robert and his team have never failed to provide amazing service. I have moved further away but I am still happy to drive nearly an hour, to put the cars in hands I can trust.

Friendly and very knowledgeable staff.
They changed the belts and the water pump on my car as a matter of urgency (with appointment made in advance) as I really needed the car.
I will recommend them and I will use them again in the future.
