Marshalls Burnley

DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE. BE WARNED.

The staff at Marshalls over tightened my wheel nuts, requiring the garage who changed my tyres at my next service to replace the wheel nuts at a cost of course.

They also over tightened the calipers on my rear brakes meaning they seized and lead to needing new pads, calipers and discs!!!! Do not use this garage... Their service is terrible and the cost of the extra work I had to undertake is extortionate.

I, like many other reviewers on here suggest you use any other garage in Burnley OTHER THAN Marshall’s. Spread the word.

i strongly recommend you stay well clear of this garage if i could minus the stars i would !!! , Husband spoke to the garage said what he thought it was and they confirmed that they thought it was the same was and it could be fixed and on the same day booked it in drove all the way from Liverpool to Burnley had it there for 7 in the morning , was told he will let it cool down and look at it , Called in at 12 to see how it was going and it was still in the exact spot it had been parked !!! he hadn't even touched then claimed it couldn't be fixed in a day as the engine need to come out utter crock of S**t !! complete and utter waste of time and to top it all off he quoted between £200 & £400 for the work depending on if was the seal or the pump , taken it to another garage who have confirmed it was a sensor switch that was faulty and it has cost £40.00

Failed my car on corroded brake pipes payed out under £300 week before Christmas, found out later that the rubber hoses only got replaced and that should have cost me £20 plus Vat per corner.

These cackhanded cowboys fitted a new clutch for me after I broke down in the area. Only used them because they were the nearest place I could limp to. Three weeks the driveshaft fell out because they had failed to do up the retaining bolts when refitting. Now I'm stuck spending even more money to sort out their mistakes, as it turns out they had fitted a part the wrong way round and it has failed as a result.

Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. Do not trust these people with your motor.

A pleasure to deal with this garage, I’ve never used their services before but I will be doing again. Everything that needed doing was done was done with professional courtesy. In fact my Mazda 2 is already booked in for its MOT.

If there is less than one star I would give
He’s the most racist owner
If u r Asian , Muslim or anything but white British or maybe white European
He will fail u

Only been driving 3 years but Marshalls have always provided a prompt and professional service. My little Corsa has been through both of its MOTs and first service with Marshalls. They even text you a reminder when your MOT and service is due which is extremely handy!

Excellent service and good value. Would recommend this garage for any repairs and service.
