Lovely staff, explained everything so I could understand what was happening. Car sailed through its MOT. Thanks guys. They also phoned me, as they had a cancellation and fitted me in (or the car, I should say) 3 and a half hours early, as I had to get to Surrey that day and I am unsure of myself at driving, solo, in the dark.

Pleasantly surprised to discover this auto centre - very well located but tucked away. Brilliant service by the team of professionals - easy to book online and exceptional customer care. Will be using for other vehicles and MOT/services as well in the future.

Really professional service shown to me by the guys at Halfords Autocentre Winchester. Had a major clutch related issue with the car as well as a weak starter motor so was really worried if they could actually fix it, but they turned it around and did a fantastic job. Particular thanks to the manager Simon, who went above and beyond to keep in contact throughout, politely explain the work and finances involved, kept me informed of lead times and even made sure the battery was charged before collection. Great Job!

Great trustworthy service. Called up, the manager fitted me last minute due to a cancellation,diagnosed the issue with my campervan, explained what they would do to fix it and gave me a full report afterwards. The technician was also very helpful and l felt l could trust my vehicle with the team at the centre plus the charge was very reasonable. Highly recommended.

Good service and helpful staff.
One negative point was I dropped the van at 8:30am and the MOT wasn't until 2:40pm. I assumed the van would have be ready earlier

Booked MOT online and then the day before phoned and service had to moved to an hour earlier which meant I had to take more time off work. Then when MOT failed tried to charge me a £128 for a door indicator replacement. I said surely that’s not a necessity and rather than explain it they said take it up with VOSA. When I took it to skoda they said it’s a 10min job and would only charge £60 overall.

So overall experience was rude customer service and an overpriced job. I’ll update this once I’ve retested with them.

New tyres fitted by a lovely lad. Nice to be cruising again with new rubber and fresh alignment.

Booked in for my MOT, whole thing took about an hour, got an emailed report to boot, efficient and able to deliver bad news in a slightly less painful way lol.
