I have tried to purchase 4 tyres for my Jaguar online and was a bit of nightmare, I couldn’t apply the discount on check out and the costumer service wasn’t to helpful after they pass me on 3 support members so I decided to go straight to the shop, over there I met Ken, this guy is absolutely brilliant and a true asset for the company. He was really helpful and very knowledgeable. First I have tried to pay with Klarna but something was wrong with the link and I couldn’t complete the purchase, called on the shop on the following day and he recommended a different plan.
Yesterday, finally I have fit the tyres and I couldn’t be more happier.

I popped into this Halfords Service Centre without an appointment - and on a bank holiday weekend - with my partner’s car which was overheating. The guys here sorted the car quickly and efficiently and even put up with the 1,000’s of questions from my little boy. Highly recommended. Thank you.

Avoid - order tracking doesn't work, no communication & no promised phone calls/updates/expected further costs etc. Had to turn up at the end of the day to find out what was going on. Will never use again!

Five star, efficient and friendly service! I called in without an appointment as my headlight bulb blew and needed replacing. I spoke to Steve who although was extremely busy he spared a few minutes to quickly replace the headlight bulb with no fuss.

Just had my car in for MOT which failed first time around. Ken and the guys got it booked back in really quick and had all the work done to get it through second time. Really good service and value - I had forgotten to replace a part myself and they did it for me (not before checking it would be ok). Would really recommend them.
