Kwik Fit - Caterham

Recently had my tires all replaced by kwik fit. The staff there were great and got the job done quick. The manager Ryan was also very nice and helpful.

Turned up without an appointment as my tyre pressure warning light came on and I need my car for work. Seen within 10 minutes and my tyre valve was replaced within 20 minutes. Great customer service particularly from Matt, Martin, Ryan and Rob.

Needed an emergency puncture repair - they fitted me in quickly without an appointment. Scott did a great job - very thorough and cleaned up the rim and resealed it properly which not everyone bothers to do. Very happy with the service.

It's this particular branch of Caterham that I rate so highly, as I had two experiences previously when service was simply not up to scratch.
Caterham has always been friendly, and the MOT Inspector Fair and Just to a fault. I can't imagine ever having a problem there and will continue to use them for every Tyre & MOT service I need.

We've been to this branch with all of our cars and every time we are greeted with the smiley and friendly face of Ryan. He is so so helpful and always does an amazing job, he actually takes the time to speak to us and shows an interest in what we're saying which is lovely to see as usually you barely get a greeting in some garages.

Just phoned Caterham for a replacement battery, wanted to know a price and if they had a specific battery in stock. Just got told nah mate just bring it in we got loads in stock, again asked if I could get a quote over the phone, again nah mate just bring it up we got loads. So I phoned the south croydon branch very polite lady gave me a quote over the phone, they didn't have the Bosch one I wanted in stock but explained how I could order and book on line for a time to suit me and that I could then receive the online discount. Guess which branch is getting my business. Someone at Caterham is in need of some customer service training I think.

Always polite, Always manage my expectations, Always give good advice and after an awful experience at another Kwik fit... I am so pleased to have Martin and the team looking after me at Caterham! I'd recommend every.single.time!

I showed up at the branch just as they were about to close, with no appointment, over an hour away from home, and a nail in my tyre which was quickly deflating. The staff were really friendly and helpful and put my spare tyre on without charge! They saved me from having to wait hours for the AA in freezing conditions. Cannot recommend them enough. A special mention to the apprentice who put my tyre on who was great, so grateful for the help.
