Collison were more than willing to solve an error which had occurred during the MOT repairs which involved the replacement of a fuel tank. As soon as I alerted Collinson of the issue, they booked my car in the following day to correct this and did so swiftly with good customer service.

I found Collinson Motoring Services searching for a company in the Waterlooville area that could steam clean my engine.

I had spilt oil all over it and it was smoking whenever the engine got hot.

My call was answered by a lady with a friendly and a professional telephone manner able to talk me through the steam cleaning process and what would be involved.

She booked me in for a date that was convenient and I arranged to drop the car off. I even received an email reminder prior to the appointment.

I collected the car afterwards and the problem I had with the smell of engine oil burning and smelling whenever I drove the car had completely gone.

The engine bay looks a lot cleaner and I'm very pleased with the overall result.

I shall certainly be returning to Collinson Motoring Services if ever my regular mechanic can't help me.

Car was booked in for a 36k service via the lease provider. Arrived for a while you wait booking to discover the lease company had not booked it in for a service, but to investigate the service light being on! Rob could not have been more helpful in contacting the lease company and ordering the parts to turn around what could have been a wasted trip. Car serviced, washed and returned to me in under 2 hours! There are a couple of coffee shops in walking distance and they also offered a car collection service for future bookings. I can not highly recommend the personal service and effort displayed. The polar opposite of the corporate lease provider I have the contract with!

Had my air con regassed 2 months ago and it stopped working a couple of weeks ago so I took it in to be checked, hoping it wasn't a leak. It turned out to he a loose valve in the pipe which they fixed within an hour for no charge. I can't recommend them e ough, reliable and friendly, and never overcharged.

Good service, no issues, note that it's behind the petrol station so enter from the left entrance and drive past the station, you will see it straight in front of you.

We needed to hire a car from Australia for an upcoming trip to the UK. Connor was brilliant, he helped us with the paperwork needed for an international hire and made booking easy and stress free. Once in the UK we found picking up the car was quick and easy, and the cost was extremely reasonable. We were very happy with the car provided. We needed to change our hire dates and Collison's could not have been more accommodating. On returning the vehicle Jamie made check in fast and easy, and Kailyn processed the return paperwork quickly and efficiently. We would definitely hire a vehicle from Collison's again.

They gave me a last minute slot for and mot on a Friday. Super fast service and great customer service. Can't thank them enough for saving my stupid behind as I needed my car again for monday. Highly recommend
