Kwik Fit - Berkhamsted

Excellent & friendly customer service from Joe. Very efficient - he checked my battery / alternator / starter immediately and, after consulting me, he fitted a new battery - altogether I was there for only about 25 minutes or so. Highly recommended.

Great experience with getting my fog light fixed! They ordered a part just in case it was needed, did it fast and were very flexible and helpful. Glen in particular was a real help!

My car was booked in for an MOT (which was on time). Unfortunately it failed on a couple of minor things but Glenn and the Berkhamsted Kwik Fit team swiftly sorted these out, re-mot'ed (it passed!!) and I was on my way.
Excellent experience today.

I managed to get an emergency appointment in the afternoon of the same day. The staff were polite and helpful and kept me updated re what was needing to be done on my car.
The only slight criticism would be nobody called me to say the car was ready.

Highly recommend Kwik Fit berkhamsted, always proving great service. They completed a tyre inspection for me because I suspected my tyres were going to fail their MOT. Joe and the team were efficient and got the inspection done swiftly, they called me to say that I would need my front tyres changed. They did it at then and there and got my car done in just over an hour. Really pleased with the service I received.

Brilliant service I had today 14/11/22. Had just left work and when I went to put on my seatbelt it jammed . I popped into kwik fit to see if they could help as I was a little worried as to what I could do . Within a couple of minutes they had sorted it. I offered to pay for there time but they didn’t want anything.

They fitted different tires to the ones I ordered.I ordered four tires and they fitted two of the tires I ordered and two different ones, no one let me know that is what they had done. I only found out when I got home and noticed that the tires were not the ones that I had ordered.very frustrating.

Called late Monday afternoon. Had an appointment for the next day. They checked my tyres reset the light inside the car
