Kwik Fit - Gloucester - Bristol Road

Excellent service, they showed me the precise nature of the issue with my exhaust, gave me upper and lower bounds on cost. And I was lucky enough they were able to replace the entire exhaust within 2 hours and it was on the lower cost bounds. Amazing stuff

The team are always helpful when I go in to get my brakes done or tyres.
Daniel has gone now but the young man in his place is just as helpful.

With one exception Jason, he says that I have to come back every single time I go and he's on the desk, I will leave because I know he's never very helpful.
They should send him to Cheltenham and bring back Daniel.

Had trouble fitting in the job due to staff shortages but Elliot and colleague were outstanding, stayed late to get my tyres changed and very professional and friendly. Definitely recommend these guys, off the Nristol Rd nr Peel Centre branch.

Not very helpful. Told me I had to have whole exhaust system replaced even though only the silencer needed to be. Got it done at another garage no problem.

Third attempt lucky at trying to get tyres fitted here. Weak customer service. Didn't feel like they really wanted my business. Only went as had vouchers to use from a previous complaint

Good service, prompt attention on arrival, would have rated 5 stars however my original appointment time was changed.

I have a Motability car which only lets you use Kwik Fit. On 2 consecutive appointments, there were too busy, even though I had booked it!
