The mechanics at T&H Motor Services are some of the kindest and most friendly people I have ever met.

We had engine trouble driving to the Lake District on holiday and managed to get our car to their garage. They couldn’t help us and suggested we get it to an Audi garage but they were so incredibly accommodating and helpful; making us cups of coffee, offering a lift to the car rental company and letting us leave our car there for a few days until we could arrange pick up.

I can’t vouch for their mechanical service but given how honest, kind and helpful they work this is the only garage I would ever go to in the future if only I didn’t live 150 miles away.

I took our Audi a1 to this garage as it was in limp mode and we didn't know why. They diagnosed a faulty actuator within the turbo and told me it wasn't possible to replace just the actuator, and I would need a whole new turbo. The quote for a new turbo and labour was near enough £2000. The car is only a few years old and has done only 40,000 miles, so does not require a new turbo. After a very small amount of research we found actuators for our car being sold brand new for £80.00 and the Audi website gives an instruction manual for how to change the actuator - which I was told wasn't possible. My partner managed to fit the new actuator within one afternoon and the car is now running perfectly at a total cost of £80.00, saving almost £2000.00.
