Kwik Fit - Burnley

They fitted me in after explaining my problem and completed it really quick to get me back on the road so I could get my daughter to uni. Really friendly with great customer service! Would definitely recommend! 5 stars guys for great service!!

It was my first visit to Burnley today. I had booked and paid online for a tyre change and was 15 minutes early. The man who dealt with me was polite and friendly - he did the tyre and I was driving home at my actual appointment time! Will definitely use them again - no hidden charges - what I paid online was all I needed to pay without anybody trying to sell me something whilst I was there. Very happy customer!!

These guys saved the day, we travelled up from Essex taking our daughter to University and managed to pick up a puncture to our tyre. The AA done a temporary fix, called up the guys at kwik fit who fitted us in and what a quick friendly service top notch guys didn't even get time to finish our coffee. Five stars 🌟

Absolutely rubbish, appalling customer service at the Burnley location. Just needed a tyre fitting as I had a puncture , it was an hour before closing time, not even busy, but they had time for a brew. Could arrange to be fix in two days, what use is that? I rang Accrington, even though unable to do within the hour as they were closing, and he was on his own, they would definitely be able to sort first thing in the morning. Such a different customer service, polite and courteous, that is all I ask.

Woke up to a flat tyre this morning. I managed to get down to Burnley depot just after they had opened @ 8.30 & even though they were busy, they slotted me in straight away & repaired the puncture. Excellent service, thank you. Mr. B.

Brilliant service. Took my van there on Sunday. And they were brilliant. I went for 2 tyres and got 4.
Even when I know I was a pain in the butt, with a million questions, they answered every one.
I even got by bulb changed by the manager.
Excellent price, Excellent service, Excellent staff.

Very straight forward booking via their website where I could pick a convenient time slot.
When leaving car I was told the MOT would be completed within an hour, which I was a little sceptical about, but it was actually finished in about 45 mins.
At only £35 it was also the cheapest MOT I could find.

Although Kwikfit was about to close, the manager and his team very kindly allowed me to bring my car in and detected a puncture. They very quickly changed the tyre with a new one without complaint and were extremely kind and helpful.
