Excellent service provided by the team at Halfords Sittingbourne. Arrived for booking slot and warmly met by manager of site, took details and MOT completed within the hour.
Social distancing and PPE all in place.
Excellent service from start to finish.

Take all my family cars here, fantastic service, can't fault them. Much more reasonable than manufacturer service but they know everything that is required by the manufacturer per service. Top notch and highly recommended.

Booked the appointment online on Friday. Dropped my car of Saturday morning first thing. Very friendly staff and efficient service. I was called about 1hr or so later to collect. I would highly recommend it's been a smooth and friendly process.

This lot simply cannot get it right and the policy at senior level including excuses seems based on a deliberate extortion if funds or avoidance of service, it is unfortunate as some individual branches are ok

Booked tyres in at the sittingbourne branch at 9 o'clock was told be about 2 hours went back a hour and 45mins later to find my car untuched in the car park. I went in and was told it will be another 2 hours when I complained the manager just walked off and left the receptionist to deal with it absolute shambles of a branch and very poorly managed.went to protyre 2 doors up was in and out within 45 mins!

Had major service and MOT. MOT experience absolutely fine.
A few weeks later I get a low oil warning, pull over to check and there's nothing showing on the dipstick.
Get the AA out and they find the oil filter doesn't have an O ring so oil had squirted out everywhere. They get me fixed and going again so I called the autocentre who didn't seem to understand what had happened.
They kept saying I needed to bring it in so they could work out the cause of the problem and repair it. It's already fixed! You're never touching my car again. I just want to know who to send the bill to?

Update. Gave up trying branch and complained to head office (sent AA report and cc'd director) asking for refund on major service so I can get a real mechanic to check my car over.. Regional manager called me to apologise, promise investigation and agree refund. Then email from head office chap asking for bank details so can refund within 3-5 days.

8 days later, nothing.

Rude, arrogant and no clue about customer service. I wouldn’t even take a remote control car to this branch let Alone my car. They really do not care and male receptionist would be better at watching paint dry. AVOID THIS BRANCH! You have been warned
