Highly recommend this mot test centre.
Lorraine at reception was so nice and the chaps were ultra efficient and professional.
I had a look at the car from viewing gallery and fully understood what car had failed on and retest was really quick and done very efficiently once repair was done.

I visited the MOT station to mot my motorbike I met friendly team from receptionist who booked me in to the gentleman who moted my bike, they were very professional. Very happy with the service and they are highly recommended 🙂🙂🙂

Very nice food. Staff were friendly and professional. The restaurant is very rustic and welcoming. The outdoor seating at the front is excellent. Good parking behind the building. Lovely place to eat, drink and watch the world go by. We will definitely return. Thank you.

Really gutted, I've used this MOT Centre so many times and never had an issue. Today I recommended my daughter use them, she had a fantastic service, car passed with flying colours, right until getting home. She parked her car (it has an automatic handbrake) the car rolled down the drive and hit a wall. At some point during the MOT the automatic handbreak had been deactivated. The car was taken back, they were rudely shouted at and told that it must be my daughters fault and clearly she had hit something on the way home. Now there is £400 damage to her car and no support from the garage to put it right. I won't be using the garage again for this reason. Can't believe the lack of support from them when their actions caused the handbreak failure resulting in the damage.

Easy appointments. Normal prices. Comfy waiting room with drink and snacks machine. My MOT not pass and I waiting for retest after fix point but I understand, this is their job, car must be roadworthy. Customer services? Excellent.

Nice people. Passed but matters little to review. Helpful with things that need doing so easy five stars. Even got in early.

What a brilliant service from polite people . I
left a wheel bolt out of every wheel so obviously a fail , I went and grabed some bolts , got back very late in the day and they went out their way to get me passed this evening. Really can't fault this place at all , we will take all our cars here now and I will also be recommending them to anyone that's asks for a mot recommendation. Thanks to Ashford mot center, I hope you all have the best Christmas and New year!
