Popped in today for puncture repair - they couldn’t do any work because there was only one person in there and apparently all he was doing today was answering the phones - the guy wouldn’t even give me advice on any other tyre repair places in local area. I won’t ever waste my time using kwik fit in Folkestone again, I located a much more helpful garage so they get my recommendations and custom from now on.

Friendly professional staff, helped me out in my time of need (flat tyre). They were transparent with me and showed me the existing issues beyond the flat tyre, so although it ended up being a more expensive visit than I thought it would be, they fixed my car in 45 mins so really appreciate it :) would recommend!

I needed tyres following a service (done with car make garage) and could order suitable and well priced tyres online and book a convenient slot. Staff were polite and kept me informed along the way. Lots of free checks being made and a safety check done. They told me about my wheel alignment and discussed cost and importance with me. Been an expensive week so doing next time and they didn't push any extras on me. Would've been nice to have a cuppa in the waiting room though. Will be returning for the next service MOT.

Drove into Kwik-Fit this morning, no pre-book appointment and I could not have met a nicer bunch of guys. They were very attentive to my needs and Joe went over and beyond in order to ensure complete satisfaction. I was extremely pleased with the service provided this morning.

Went here with Peter my boyfriend so he could get advice on his exhaust and tyres. They were brilliant in every way. They did find and showed Peter some faults, however they were not pushy or dramatic by saying 'its got to be done now'. So we booked it in and we was so pleased with the works carried out at a reasonable price. Well done guys and thank you. X

As you's never phoned to let me know what problems was with the car an now I gave to bring it back to get things fixed, I thought when you get a full service all work should off been done im not a happy customer...
