Kwik Fit - Aylesbury

I had great service on Sunday 25 September after hitting a pothole which destroyed my tyre and seriously dented the wheel. It was Sunday and so time was short by the time I reached the garage but all the staff were polite and friendly and never showed any signs of wanting to rush me through and out. It seemed to me that the manager called John was good to his staff and they all supported him. It was John who worked very hard to push out the dent in the wheel. It took a long time and considerable physical effort but he was particularly keen to make sure that the new wheel would seal properly. John managed to do it against the odds in my view and since then I have had no problems. In fact my local garage said that the wheel is sound and that John had done a good job. I am pleased to recommend John, and his team at Kwik Fit in Aylesbury - extraordinarily good service given in a professional, efficient and friendly manner. Thank you.

I think the guys name was Desmond. Nice guy Really helpful. Polite and explained everything to me when I got there. When I was waiting and at the end what happened and not over complicated it. Will visit again. If I need to. He called me to keep me updated and informed what the cost was before work carried out.

Amazing service yesterday by Jon. I phoned up to get my car 4 tyres. They didn’t have them in stock, but he pulled out all the stops to get them in and even fitted the same day. He even advised me about the need for 4 wheel alignment and talked me through everything.
Amazing member of staff and great at what he does. There is a brilliant team down there and really helped me out.

I would definitely recommend them to anyone!!

13/11/22 at 15.17 was on my home when I heard a pop and fizzing noise. I stopped my car and a gentleman with his bicycle said my back is deflating fast. I was near to Kwik fit and drove straight away. Unfortunately they were closed at this but one of the employee James was in his car and he advised me to park my car and tomorrow they look at it. James kindly gave a lift down the road. The next before opening hours Kwik fit called and said they all the paper ready already and I could bring the car to get fix. Always been helpful when they can as I know how busy they can get. 😊😊😊

The people at the Aylesbury KwikFit have always been amazing. I trust them as they have always done an excellent job. Sometimes I think the cost is a little high but good work always costs more so I am a happy driver.

Excellent service!! A special shout out for Ryan, very professional, polite and friendly. He kept me informed all the way about costs and what work needed doing. I feel really confident and safe with the work he has done on my car. Will definitely be using them in the future.

Desmond and the team provided an exceptional level of service today. I changed all four tyres on my car, never an easy job, but the last two visits have been superb. Easy booking, friendly reception and the work completed on time without any issues. I always judge attention to detail by how accurately the tyre pressures are set, Aylesbury Kwik-Fit always get is spot on, something that is not normal. Well done guys.

Great service, despite being clearly busy. Tried to book an appointment but none left! Sat and watched it all unfold throughout the morning, these guys are clearly very patient. None stop for hours!!! But true to their word, when my time came in the queue they got my car in and out as quickly as possible.
