Old London Road Garage

I've been using Old London Road Garage for over a year and they always do a great job and are reasonably priced. Recently, my car developed a problem with the exhaust right before I was due to go away for the weekend. Richard went above and beyond to lend me his car for the weekend and ensure I wouldn't miss out on my trip. Richard is always a pleasure to deal with and I highly recommend using Old London Road Garage.

I received excellent customer service from Old London Road Garage. Tony spent an hour removing a carrier bag which had become trapped in the air conditioning system in my car, and would not charge me for the work. I will definitely be returning!

They Saved our holiday! We had put a little oil into the power steering by mistake and they took the car in straight away. I had a short wait while they finished one car and swapped it for ours. They sucked the oil out, drained the rest and replenished the power steering fluid all for free! I was fully prepared to pay and was blown away by the kindness. The car was packed and ready for us to leave so we were (and are) so relieved and grateful. Thank you so much team!

Very organised for booking with plenty of automated reminders sent to email/text so as not to forget to drop the car off! Used them three times now for service/MOT and they are a pleasure to deal with. They let you know quickly what the cost will be and then it's all sorted same day, with a heads up an hour before the car will be ready to collect.

Such a good service and lovely staff. Very informative of the work that needed to be done, kept me up to date with the progress of the car. It needed a lot of work doing and they went through explaining each detail. Definitely recommend this garage.
