Extremely nice staff and trustworthy place. Had a screeching noise from one of our rear wheels. Thought it might be the brakes. Got an appointment first thing Monday and told us it was just a rock getting in the wheel. Didn't even charge us! Mark is an absolute class act! Thanks very much!

Great experience extremely friendly staff.
Had a nail in my tire, and even though they were extremely busy they made sure they fixed the tire so we could carry on our holiday!
10/10 would definitely recommend!!

Just called for a battery replacement, guy replied they don’t do electric vehicles. It’s a hybrid and it’s the bog standard 12v battery that they have replaced before! Explaining this 3 times did not help, “we don’t do electric vehicles” was on repeat. To be fair so was my explaining that it’s not the hybrid battery that needs replacing. Gave up.

I am satisfied with the repairs done on the car but was not happy with the delay. I did my MOT here and my car failed, an appointment was scheduled to carry out the repairs. I was on site on the appointed day at exactly 9.27 am only to be informed at about 2.14 pm that my tyre size was not available hence I will have to wait till the next day. Well I decided to get the tyre elsewhere and incurred a fixing charge of £17.

I was told MOT was a fail on a side light. That they couldn’t replace it there and then because it was too fiddly to get the bulb out. I would have to leave it there or com back the next day because they would have to remove the bumper and headlight plus redo the MOT and that could take a couple of hours (it was 17.05 and they close at 6). I asked if I could have a look at what the difficulty was as I’d never had that problem before. The man said he would be back in a minute. Literally 2 minutes later he came back and said “this guy managed to get to the bulb and we have a replacement” then 2 mins after that he came back and said “all done and passed”
Coincidence that when I asked to have a look, within minutes it was solved!! What a joke! Not happy and won’t recommend

Really helpful staff, especially the guy that we dealt with. Friendly and very patient. Would highly recommend this branch of Kwik Fit and will certainly be using the service again.

I took my vehicle for a full service and engine diagnose to kwik fit at canterbury, I was assured that all service and engine diagnose was complete with computers as well as visual and that the vehicle had no problem, I asked them if the timing belt needed to be replaced they assured me that it was in a good condition and that I would not need to replace it, but after driving the vehicle and did about 500 miles my timing belt snapped, as you can imagine the repair cost. The case went on for months I presented all the evidence that was asked by collin farrow who is the area manager, reports from mechanics with photos showing the damage on the belt but kwik fit denied and found excuse to not except liability. Reports from other mechanics clearly states that if a visual inspection was made they would of seen the very worn teeth on the belt clearly this was not the case. I can provide all evidence to any one that wishes to see it. I will not go to kwik fit again and advise others to be very careful before taking their vehicle to kwik fit. I certainly dault their professionalism.i paid high price and hope now one else to be in the same situation.

Expensive. Wouldn't do a follow up MOT for free as everyone else does. Not very interested and felt as if they were doing me an enormous favour by allowing me to grace their presence.
