Great Service! attended on a Saturday for mid-morning MOT - staff were super friendly and inviting, waiting area was cools and water was available to customers. within the hour my MOT was done and a very friendly member of staff informed me I can pick the car up when convenient, 10/10 for service and customer satisfaction

This Kwick Fit branch has been my local garage for over 20yrs. I have never been disappointed with their excellent customer service. Garages are renowned to "rip you off". This place won't, they are transparent, honest and efficient. Oh and I'd like to highly recommend to invest in their Tyre Care/insurance. Very good value for money which will save you money in the long run!! 😉

Had 4 new Continental tyres fitted, (ordered online and fitted in-branch). Seamless service and car was back on the road within 45 mins. Staff were polite and friendly.

We were recommended to come here to get our Car digitally analysed as local garages could not figure out why a warning light kept coming up on our Audi. Boys here took no time in identifying the problem and getting it sorted for us. Definitely will return as service and communication was of a high standard. As a woman,sometimes you feel garage's take advantage but I felt not only comfortable but also at peace of mind as everything was explained to me in a way I found east to understand. Keep up the good work guys!

I was seen in store by such a helpful employee named K last week. He was extremely helpful and patient in helping me select new tyres for my car. Excellent customer service and done a superb job!

Really bad experience. Booked the car in for an alignment and got there just to be told it wouldn’t be possible as it’s an imported car. There was absolutely no information saying this prior to the appointment and in fact, the online booking system requires the car reg so kwik fit already knew it was imported. It would have been much appreciated if I received some sort of apology for the inconvenience in the least but one of the members of staff just started arguing that it was nothing to do with them and ‘to bring it up with head office’. Just plain rude and not taking any responsibility on behalf of the company that he is working for.

In addition to this, some of the other customers that were there had been waiting for 3 hours!! Really bad management and lack of communication leading to unhappy customers.

Fantastic service. Despite being extremely busy yesterday the team at Leabridge Road managed to fit me in and got me back on the road in a short matter of time. Thank you for sorting me out, great team really appreciate the efficiency.

Very inflexible and rude.
I called that I will be 5 min late for my MOT appointment . Was told to rebook if I am between 5 and 10 min late.

If I would DO THIS TO YOU AS A NURSE IN THE NHS as a Nurse hardly anyone would be seen.

I had scary experiences with this branch before when they didn’t tighten the screws to my wheels properly about 10 years ago and a wheel came off my Campervan at 80 miles per hour when I drove on the motorway .

No, thank you. Not safe, not helpful, no courtesy , no flexibility .

I will never use kwik fit Leabridge road again.
