Staff was extremely helpful and knowledge. They called and offered an earlier appointment for my Full Service & MOT when they realised there was a slot available as well as informing me about the Halfords Brakes For Life service and transferring it to my new vehicle. Great all around service and staff.

Despite the guys being short staffed they still not only managed to fit me in but also has the work done very quickly. All of the work was explained to me and they had even showed me the parts that needed replacing and why. Good value for money and a good team !

Good price and service for 2 new Hankook tyres for my Audi.

However, I would have given 5 stars but my unblemished alloy wheel was slightly marked by the tyre levers used! The car was dirty when I took it in so I only noticed this when I washed the car the next day.

Was booked in for an MOT & service; just had the MOT in the end as couldn’t be without the car all day. Original payment refunded, MOT done ✅ charged the lower price as should have had the service but what I really liked about Halfords was their knowledge and sensible suggestions about when to rebook and how.
Also how I could pay in interest free instalments so was very happy indeed.

Took my car in to get serviced. Before the service, an overall check was done and I was advised to get other repairs done as it could pose a problem later on.

To good thing about it is, you are shown what the issues are and how best they can be resolved before a decision is made. You are not rushed or forced, so the decision is entirely up to you.

I've been in customer service for over a decade and I know what being professional and courteous is all about and these guys are just that.

Used Halfords as a last resort (have always been told to avoid if possible) for an emergency MOT. Found there were multiple time slots and days to choose from which was great. Once booked communication was excellent from booking to pick up of my car. Very impressed will definitely recommend.
